TalkTalk offer a range of broadband deals across the UK, including both part-fibre and full fibre connections with Openreach and CityFibre.
While TalkTalk used to be best known as a budget broadband provider, they now focus on offering premium features, including the latest routers and a TV service with exclusive discounts on NOW and Netflix.

Each of these broadband deals can be bundled with TalkTalk TV (in Openreach network areas), including discounts on NOW Memberships as well as access to Netflix and other on-demand apps.

TalkTalk broadband is available to the majority of homes in the UK, operating both an LLU part-fibre network, and offering full fibre through both Openreach and CityFibre.
For full fibre broadband, Openreach currently passes over 15 million premises, while CityFibre has now passed 3.8 million.
Both networks have ambitious rollout plans, with Openreach aiming to cover 25 million premises by the end of 2026, and CityFibre aiming to reach 8 million in the next few years.
TalkTalk offer a full fibre first approach, which means where it's available customers can only connect to TalkTalk through a full fibre to the home installation. However, they do offer a Full Fibre 65 plan for those on a budget who don't want ultrafast speeds.
TalkTalk offer broadband speeds ranging from 11Mbps to 944Mbps on average at peak times, while upload speeds range from 1Mbps to 91Mbps.

Households living within full fibre enabled areas should be able to choose from download speeds including 152Mbps, 525Mbps, and 944Mbps. While those who have yet to be reached by the full fibre rollout can choose from speeds including 38Mbps and 67Mbps.
TalkTalk also still offer their basic copper line for any homes that don't have superfast fibre or full fibre, which could include those living on exchange only lines. TalkTalk Fast Broadband offers average download speeds of 11Mbps.

The advertised averages here must be received by at least 50% of TalkTalk customers during the peak hours of 8pm to 10pm in the evening when the network is busiest.
In addition, TalkTalk offer customers personalised estimates when they sign up, along with a minimum guaranteed speed. If customers receive a broadband speed less than this minimum for 3 consecutive days or more, and TalkTalk are unable to resolve the issue within 30 days, they are free to exit their contracts early without penalty.
TalkTalk TV is available exclusively to TalkTalk broadband customers, and can be taken on a rolling monthly contract, with just 48 hours' notice to cancel.
The service costs £5 per month, and includes an Ultra HD set-top box, along with access to Freeview and a range of on-demand apps, including Netflix, NOW, and Prime Video.
While the TalkTalk TV service largely remains the same across all broadband deals, it's not currently available to full fibre customers in CityFibre enabled areas. You can use the postcode search above to see whether TalkTalk TV can be added to your broadband plan.
Customers will receive the new Android-powered TV Hub, which offers access to the Google Play Store and over 10,000 apps.
At the time of writing, TalkTalk broadband customers can get special discounts on NOW TV Memberships, including NOW Boost at no extra cost, and Netflix on some deals when they sign up to TalkTalk TV.

The TalkTalk broadband deals in the table above are made available for new customers of TalkTalk only, which means households will need to have had a broadband plan from another provider for at least around 3 months to be eligible for these deals.
New customer offers for TalkTalk broadband include money off each month, as well as free or reduced price setup.
Customers choosing to bundle TalkTalk TV with broadband can also access exclusive money-off deals with NOW TV and Netflix.

TalkTalk broadband comes with a minimum contract term of 18-months, with cancellation before this period incurring early termination fees.
TalkTalk also reserve the right to increase prices on an annual basis, which has recently been updated to an increase of £3 per month each April. This means the price of the broadband deal will increase in April of each year even for customers still within a minimum term.
TalkTalk TV is made available on a 30-day minimum term, and once the initial 30 days is up customers can cancel the add-on with just 48 hours' notice. However, the TalkTalk TV box remains property of TalkTalk and if the TV add-on is cancelled TalkTalk say some of the box features may stop working.
Lastly, households who sign up to TalkTalk full fibre broadband will not be provided with a home phone line and there is no option to add one.
TalkTalk supplies a range of different routers depending upon which broadband deal a customer signs up to.
Customers taking Fibre 35 or Fibre 65 will receive the TalkTalk WiFi Hub Black. This router includes smart channel selection to connect devices automatically to the fastest available wi-fi channel. It's a dual band router with four gigabit ethernet ports, a WAN port and seven antennae to improve coverage around the home.
Those taking TalkTalk full fibre from 150 and upwards will receive an Amazon eero 6 or eero 6 Pro, which both support the latest WiFi 6 protocol.
TalkTalk Full Fibre 150 comes with the Amazon eero 6, a dual-band wireless router, which supports mesh as well as WiFi 6. While TalkTalk Full Fibre 500 and Full Fibre 900 packages come with a slightly more powerful Amazon eero 6 Pro, which offers tri-band wireless.
TalkTalk customers who take the basic Fast Broadband deal will receive the Super Router, which is a basic wireless router that's suitable for ADSL broadband.
Only TalkTalk full fibre customers who receive an Amazon eero can also sign up to TalkTalk's whole home WiFi guarantee, it's also only available in Openreach enabled areas.
Total Home WiFi costs £8 per month and provides one extra Amazon eero router to boost wireless coverage around a home. TalkTalk Full Fibre 900 customers get this included as standard.
TalkTalk superfast fibre plans, Fibre 35 and Fibre 65, as well as Fast Broadband, all still offer a phone line with pay as you go calls and the option to add an inclusive call plan.
Customers who take TalkTalk full fibre broadband however will only receive a data connection with no option to add a home phone line.
Sky Sports can be accessed via TalkTalk TV by signing up to a NOW TV Sports Membership on a rolling 30-day contract.
NOW Sports includes all 12 live Sky Sports channels, including the new Sky Sports+ service. Usually, NOW is delivered in 720p HD as standard and customers have to pay more for the NOW Boost to watch the channels in full 1080p HD. However, NOW Boost is included at no extra cost for TalkTalk TV customers.
Switching to TalkTalk broadband depends on the existing network a customer is on.
Those who currently receive broadband from an Openreach provider, including BT, Plusnet, EE, Sky, and NOW Broadband, only need to place an order with TalkTalk for a new broadband deal, and TalkTalk will handle the switch for them.
However, customers switching from another network, including Virgin Media, will need to contact their existing provider to cancel their services, while also ordering TalkTalk broadband.
Finally, customers signing up to full fibre broadband from TalkTalk for the first time are likely to require an engineer visit to install the fibre optic cable into their home.
