Where to get Sky Sports

Sky Sports can be bundled in plans from a range of pay TV providers on both flexible monthly plans and longer-term contracts for lower prices.

All the above listed providers offer access to all 12 live Sky Sports channels, as well as the new Sky Sports+ service, so customers won't miss out on anything based on who they choose to sign up with.

Sky, Virgin Media and TalkTalk all provide the Sky Sports channels in full 1080p HD as standard, while BT TV includes the channels in 720p HD as standard, with customers given the option to pay more for full HD viewing.

It's also possible to access Sky Sports Ultra HD for an extra fee with Sky TV and Virgin Media TV, although it's not yet available with either BT or TalkTalk TV.

Sky Sports varies in price quite a bit between each pay TV provider, with special offers often bringing the price down for new customers.

The standard price for Sky Sports is around £35 per month, but offers can bring this down as low as £20 per month with some of the cheapest deals on Sky Sports.

It's also possible to sign up to Sky Sports on monthly rolling terms directly with Sky, as well as with Virgin Media Flex and BT TV. It's not always the cheapest option, but it does provide more flexibility for sports fans who just want to tune in for a particular season or event.

For Virgin Flex customers, Sky Sports Racing is available free, while Sky Sports News and Sky Sports Mix is included in the Essentials Entertainment pack, with the nine other channels in the Sky Sports pack.

Sky Sports offers a range of sporting events and fixtures from across the UK as well as international games.

Sky Sports Premium League

Sky Sports have 128 Premier League games out of 200 in the 2024/25 season, with the other 52 shown on TNT Sports and 20 on Amazon Prime.

Sky Sports also have exclusive rights to show games from the Championship with a minimum of 328 matches during the 2024/25 campaign.

They also have games from League One, League Two, Carabao Cup, FA Cup, Scottish Football, Scottish Premiership and Women's Super League. As well as European and International football leagues, including UEFA and the World Cup.

Sky Sports F1

Sky Sports has exclusive rights to Formula 1 in the UK, and shows every race of the season on their dedicated Sky Sports F1 channel.

Sky now show all Formula 1 races in Ultra HD HDR - note that customers will need a HDR compatible TV as well as any applicable UHD packs from the Sky Sports provider.
