BT offer a free Fitbit + cashback with Superfast Fibre broadband

Cashback is in the form of a free BT reward card, worth up to £90, which can be spent anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Plus, reduced monthly subscription fees and a TV package that includes BT Sport.

The Fitbit Charge 3 device, the most recent update to Fitbit's best-selling range of products, currently retails at around £129.99. It boasts a sleek aluminium design, heart-rate tracking, guided-breathing, swim-tracking and custom workouts for 15 different sports.

It comes as a free gift to new fibre broadband customers on select packages.

The most generous rewards go to those signing up for one of BT's Superfast Fibre, TV and phone bundles.

Alongside a free Fitbit Charge 3, customers signing up for the 50Mb broadband plan will get a £80 reward card. While those taking the faster, 67Mb fibre plan will get a £90 reward card.

Reward cards are all prepaid credit cards that can be used anywhere that accepts Mastercard. Customers have three months after signing up, in which to claim and spend their reward.

All Superfast Fibre customers, regardless of the speed of their package, get all BT Sport channels in SD free-of-charge. With this package, they can stream sporting content from their TV, phone or tablet. They'll also get the boxing channel, BoxNation, thrown in too.

The offer is available will a range of Superfast Fibre and TV bundles, from Starter TV to Max 4K packages. This allows customers to pick a bundle that best suits their needs.

Those on a budget can opt for a plan with average download speeds of 50Mb, Freeview channels, BT Sport and a box that allows them to pause live TV for just £37.99 a month. This plan, which usually costs £41.99 per month includes an upfront charge of £69.99.

Alternatively, those wishing to push the boat out can get faster average broadband speeds of 67Mb, BT Sport, up to 62 premium channels and a box that records up to 300 hours of TV and is UHD compatible for £65.99 per month. Channels include Comedy Central, Discovery and MTV. The plan, usually priced at £69.99, comes with a lower upfront charge of £14.99.

All plans include line rental as well as free weekend calls to UK landlines.

Those not interested in a plan that includes TV don't have to lose out on the offers. Customers taking out BT's Superfast Fibre Essential, Superfast Fibre and Superfast Fibre 2 will also receive a free Fitbit Charge 3.

The only Superfast plan exempt from the Fitbit promotions is the Superfast Fibre Unlimited for students.

Again customers can select the plan that best suits their needs, with a range of average speeds from 36Mb to 67Mb available.

Those taking out 50Mb Superfast Fibre will also get a prepaid Mastercard worth £80. While those on the 67Mb fibre plan will get a reward card worth £90.

These packages also come with free weekend calls to UK landline numbers.

Other important details

All packages are offered as part of an 18-month contract. They also include a BT Smart Hub router, unlimited data and access to BT's UK-wide network of Wi-Fi hotspots.

The Fitbit offer is only available for a limited time and will expire on 1st November. Anyone interested will need to act fast to ensure they don't miss out.
